An Adrenal Incidentaloma refers to a mass found on the adrenal gland during imaging tests, such as CT scans or MRIs, that are performed for unrelated reasons. These masses are typically discovered accidentally and are not initially associated with adrenal issues.
Many sufferers of Adrenal Incidentaloma struggle because they feel that their disease doesn’t have the same level of awareness as more common cancers. Without a Ribbon is an Australian non-profit organisation that believes that rare cancers should never go unnoticed. We aim to provide a detailed set of resources and information for anyone suffering from cancers such as Adrenal Incidentaloma. We have recently created an Adrenal Incidentaloma resource page to help sufferers understand their disease. It covers the symptoms, available treatments and other important information.
We hope that this resource page will help you or a friend/family member to learn about their illness and aid them through their battle with the disease.
